Start the summer with HBO NOW – everything coming and going in June 2019

In the post-Game of Thrones era, HBO NOW is not slowing down. June is bringing a lot of good stuff to stream and everyone will find something interesting to watch. Our highlight for the series premieres is the second season of Big Little Lies starring Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon and Meryl Streep and the finale of the Chernobyl miniseries with Stellan Skarsgård and Jared Harris.

As far as theatrical premieres are concerned, we would definitely point at the following titles:

A Star is Born – last year’s biggest pop-culture musical drama starring Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga.

The Old Man and the Gun – a bit underrated last film of Robert Redford telling a true story of Forrest Tucket – a San Quentin prison fuitive.

Bad Times at the El Royale – an acting show full of suspense, mysteries and secrets starring Jeff Bridges and Dakota Johnson.

Steve Jobs – a biopic about a man behind the digital revolution whose influence on modern life cannot be undermined. Great roles of Michael Fassbender, Kate Winslet and Seth Rogen.

We also recommend a classic Liam Neeson’s Darkman trilogy, a sci-fi thriller The Invasion with Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig and MacGruber – a silly parody of Richard Dean Anderson’s DIY action series MacGyver.
